  1. Turn Off The Tap When Brushing Your Teeth -

I thought I would start with a few ‘easy’ actions, this being one of them. But I’m so used to leaving the tap running that it’s actually really hard. I usually remember though and turn the tap off. I’m sure once I break the habit it will be fine!!

  2. Switch off and unplug appliances and chargers -

Have been doing this for about a month. It’s easy once it becomes a habit. Also, I used to leave my phone on overnight, but now I turm it off so it needs charged less often. Don’t need a phone when you’re asleep anyways!!

  3. Slow Down, Calm Down (Stick to the speed limit) -

The engine in my old car has died so I’ve had to buy a new one. (Well new for me, it’s a used car). I’m quite impatient in the car, and get really annoyed when people do stupid things, which seems to happen more and more often. Will try this when I get my new car, hopefully will make me more calm when I drive. Think it’ll be hardest on the motorway and in 30 limits. In between I tend to stick to the limits anyway.
