  1. Put Your Money Where Your Heart is (Bank Ethically) -

I like the idea of the Coop or an ethical bank but I am only interested in a bank that has a branch I can walk into and sort out those problems and issues that arise all to often in personal banking.

As good as the coop and the likes are they have so many charges for just basic banking it makes it impossible for those of us on a budget.

So it is just the paractical and finance side holding me back at the moment.

  2. Buy A Copy of Change the World for a Fiver -

We had a copy given to us as a gift in turn we have bought copies for people as a gift it is an amazing book full or cool stuff.

My fave section is about killing the TV and getting a life beyond the box.

  3. Switch it off at the Plug. (Don't Stand By.) -

Save yourself some work most sockets are downbehind chairs etc, so invest in an anti-surge socket with 6 independent switches, currently in Argos for £19 made by master plug.

This way you can turn on the item as you need it with out scrabbling behind chairs all the time.

  4. Shop locally -

Out house is Vegan 100% Fairtrade where possible and Organic where possbile more so with any soya based products.

We only use Astonish Cleaners which are 100% vegan unlike Ecover who do use some dairy based by products in some lines, it is PETA approved, it contains no animal products or carries out any animal testing at any stage of production, it is also Environmentally friendly all round and a good fair price and UK produced.
