We are lucky we already have wheelie binbut it is limited the types of plastic it can recycle.I take some things to the charity shop or pass on to friends and family.

I have done this for years too. However, when we used plastic cups at youth club we always washed and reused them!

Have just started doing this. Rice and frozen veg work too. I did potatoes tonight. Will try lots more things and turning off the oven early too.

Why not organise recycling of toner cartidges at work? I raise money for Devon Air Ambulance at the school I work in. I also advertise in the newsletter so that students can bring theirs in from home too.

Canon photocopier cartridges can be sent postage paid to a company called Nipon. They don’t give you any money but they do recycle them. I suggest you ring your copier service provider to ask them for their arrangements.
